Due to clinical obligations at the hospital, Dr Lisa Chang’s in-person appointments will be EXTREMELY LIMITED from now through OCTOBER 2026. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We recommend contacting your health plan to seek care with another in-network Gynecologist if your needs cannot be met by Dr. Lisa Chang.

PPO Insurance and Self-Pay visits

For PPO Insurance, we have to check in-network status. After scheduling the visit, please EMAIL the front and back of your insurance card + photo identification card to info@icarewomen.com. We will contact you within 2 business to confirm the appointment. The appointment is NOT CONFIRMED until AFTER insurance status is examined.

If you cancel your confirmed appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, a $25 cancellation fee collected from you.

For SELF-PAY visits - Policy for Deposit & Cancellation Policy for online scheduling: To schedule a visit, a $99 deposit is required at the time of booking. After scheduling the visit, please EMAIL your identification card to info@icarewomen.com. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, a $25 cancellation fee will be retained, and the remaining amount will be refunded back to you.
